Payment Policy – Signs4Less

At Signs4Less, we aim to make the payment process as straightforward and transparent as possible. Please review our Payment Policy below before placing your order. By proceeding with a purchase or project, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Debit Cards
  • E-Transfer (Interac)
  • Cash (for in-person transactions)
  • Cheque (subject to clearance prior to production)

All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

2. Deposit Requirements

For all custom signage orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to pickup or delivery.

For large-scale or multi-phase projects, a customized payment schedule will be provided and agreed upon at the time of contract signing.

3. Full Payment for Small Orders

For smaller or standard orders below a set threshold (as determined at the time of order), full payment may be required upfront before production commences.

4. Invoice & Payment Terms

An invoice will be issued for all orders. Payment is due as specified on the invoice. Overdue payments may be subject to late payment fees. Signs4Less reserves the right to withhold delivery or installation of completed work until full payment has been received.

5. Refunds

As all our products are custom-made, deposits and payments are generally non-refundable once production has commenced. Refunds may be considered in cases where Signs4Less is unable to fulfill the order or has made a verified production error. Please refer to our Exchange and Return Policy for more details.

6. Taxes

All prices are subject to applicable Canadian taxes (GST/PST/HST) as required by law. Taxes will be itemized on your invoice.

7. Disputed Charges

If you believe there is an error on your invoice or have a concern about a charge, please contact us within 7 days of the invoice date at sales@signs4less.ca or +1 604 599 0076. We are committed to resolving any billing disputes promptly and fairly.
