At Signs4Less, we are committed to delivering your signage products safely, efficiently, and on time. Please read our Delivery Policy carefully to understand how we handle the delivery and pickup of your orders.
1. Delivery Area
We offer delivery services throughout the Greater Vancouver Area, including Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond, Langley, Delta, White Rock, Abbotsford, Coquitlam, Port Moody, and surrounding regions. For deliveries outside our standard service area, please contact us directly at +1 604 599 0076 or sales@signs4less.ca to discuss arrangements and any applicable delivery charges.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes depend on the nature and complexity of your order. Standard production and delivery timelines are as follows:
- Banners & Printed Graphics: 3–5 business days after artwork approval
- Vehicle Wraps: 5–7 business days after artwork approval
- Illuminated & Non-Illuminated Signs: 7–14 business days after artwork approval
- Custom or Large-Scale Projects: Timeline discussed and confirmed at the time of order
All delivery timeframes begin after final artwork has been approved by the client. Delays in artwork approval may affect the delivery date.
3. In-Store Pickup
Customers are welcome to pick up their completed orders directly from our Surrey location:

Please call us at +1 604 599 0076 before arriving to confirm your order is ready for pickup.
4. Installation & On-Site Delivery
For projects that require professional installation, our team will coordinate directly with you to schedule a convenient installation date and time. On-site delivery and installation scheduling will be confirmed once your order is complete and ready.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in packaging and transporting your signs. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at sales@signs4less.ca or +1 604 599 0076. Please include photos of the damage and your order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
6. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order and will be communicated to you prior to order confirmation. Some local deliveries within Surrey may be offered at no additional charge — please inquire when placing your order.
