Exchange and Return Policy – Signs4Less

At Signs4Less, we take pride in the quality of our products and workmanship. Because our signage products are custom-made to your specific requirements, our Exchange and Return Policy is designed to be fair to both parties. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Custom Orders – General Policy

All products manufactured by Signs4Less are custom-made to each client’s specifications, including size, design, material, and finish. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders unless the product is defective or the error was made on our part during production.

2. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or does not match the approved specifications, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include:

  • Remaking the sign or product at no additional cost
  • Issuing a credit towards a future order
  • A partial or full refund, at our discretion

To initiate a claim, please contact us at sales@signs4less.ca or call +1 604 599 0076, and provide:

  • Your order number and contact information
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the defect or damage

3. Client Approval & Responsibility

Before production begins, we require written approval of the final artwork/proof from the client. Once artwork approval is provided, the client accepts full responsibility for the design, spelling, dimensions, and all other specifications as presented. We are not responsible for errors approved by the client, including typographical mistakes, color choices, or layout decisions.

Please review your proof carefully before giving approval.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to production commencement. If work has already begun on your order, cancellation fees may apply to cover design, materials, and labor costs incurred. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-printed banners, signs, and graphics that have been approved by the client
  • Installed signs or vehicle wraps
  • Orders where the client has provided written approval of the artwork
  • Rush orders that have been completed as specified
