Yes! Our in-house design team works closely with you to create signage that perfectly represents your brand. Whether you have an existing logo and brand guidelines or are starting from scratch, we can help develop a design that captures your vision.

We create a digital proof/mockup for your approval before any production begins. No sign goes into production until you are 100% happy with the design.

We use only premium-quality materials sourced from trusted suppliers. Depending on the type of sign, materials may include:

• Aluminum & stainless steel – for long-lasting outdoor signs
• Acrylic (Plexiglass) – for illuminated letters and indoor signs
• HDU (High-Density Urethane) – for carved and dimensional signs
• Premium cast & calendared vinyl – for vehicle wraps and graphics
• PVC & Coroplast – for yard signs and temporary signage
• LED modules & drivers – for all illuminated signage

We recommend the best material for each project based on your environment, budget, and intended use.

Turnaround times vary based on the type and complexity of the sign. General timelines after artwork approval:

• Banners & Printed Graphics: 3–5 business days
• Vehicle Wraps: 5–7 business days
• Illuminated & Non-Illuminated Signs: 7–14 business days
• Large or Complex Projects: Timeline confirmed at time of order

Rush orders may be available depending on our current workload — please contact us to discuss your deadline.

A professionally installed vehicle wrap using premium cast vinyl typically lasts 5–7 years, depending on how the vehicle is maintained and stored. Vehicles kept in garages and washed regularly will see longer wrap life.

Partial wraps and vinyl lettering generally last 3–5 years. We use 3M and Avery Dennison premium vinyl to ensure the best durability and print quality.

No — when professionally installed and removed, a high-quality vehicle wrap will not damage your vehicle’s original paint. In fact, a wrap acts as a protective layer, shielding your paint from minor scratches, UV rays, and weather elements.

It is important to ensure the wrap is installed by experienced professionals (like our team at Signs4Less) and removed carefully after its lifespan. We do not recommend DIY removal.

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience:

• Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Debit Cards
• Interac e-Transfer
• Cash (for in-person transactions)
• Cheque (subject to clearance before production)

All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). A 50% deposit is required before production begins, with the balance due upon completion.

Because all of our products are custom-made to your specifications, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges once production has begun and artwork has been approved by the client.

However, if there is a defect or production error on our part, we will remake or repair the sign at no additional cost. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photos of the issue. See our full Exchange & Return Policy for details.

Yes! Professional installation is one of our core services. Our experienced installation team handles everything from small window graphics to large rooftop illuminated signs.

We cover installations throughout the Greater Vancouver Area, including Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond, Langley, Delta, Abbotsford, Coquitlam, and surrounding areas. For installations in other locations, please contact us to discuss availability and any travel charges.

In many municipalities in British Columbia, sign permits are required for permanent exterior signs, illuminated signs, and signs above a certain size. Requirements vary by city and sign type.
